The Electricity Networks Association (ENA) is the industry membership body that represents the 29 local electricity distribution businesses (lines companies) that take power from the national grid and deliver it to homes and businesses. ENA harnesses the collective expertise of members to promote safe, reliable and affordable power for its members’ customers.
As part of its new structure, ENA has created the role of Regulatory Manager to take a lead in coordinating ENA’s actions and responses to meet relevant key objectives, with a focus on the regulatory agenda.
The Regulatory Manager will support the Chief Executive to develop ENA’s organisational strategy, maximising the support provided to its member organisations and positioning the organisation optimally to meet future needs. The appointee will be someone with significant proven experience working in a senior policy, legal and/or regulatory affairs role. You will be a thought leader who is familiar with the sector and with regulatory requirements, able to act independently and provide high-quality advice. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills will be important.
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging person who relishes an intellectually challenging leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and engage within a buoyant and growing sector.
