Our members - New Zealand’s electricity distribution companies - are important infrastructure providers. They distribute electricity to more than two million homes, businesses and farms. The combined value of the country’s electricity network businesses is more than $10 billion.
The electricity sector is a significant employer, especially in regional areas and distribution companies are strong supporters of their local communities through sponsorships and grants. All electricity distributors are members of the ENA. The Electricity Network Association represents a membership of 27 electricity lines companies.
