ENA People

The ENA board is elected by members, on a ‘one company/one vote’ basis, each October. The current elected board is:

• Richard Krogh (Powerco, based in New Plymouth) – Chair
• Martin Walton (PowerNet, based in Invercargill) – Deputy Chair
• Julian Elder (WEL Networks, based in Hamilton)
• Ken Sutherland (Unison, based in Hastings)
• Roger Sutton (Orion, based in Christchurch)
• David Tompkins (Vector, based in Auckland)

Provision exists for up to two additional members to be co-opted onto the board.
